I am a Virginia resident. I am not registered to vote in Virginia and I want to apply to register to vote.

You will need to present one acceptable photo identification card (photo ID) whenever you vote in person. Virginia Beach Voter Registration & Elections will provide Voter Photo IDs for free, for voting purposes only, in their office between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

- Register/Update Address by (and encourage others to do so): Tuesday, October 15, 2019
- Request Absentee Ballot by mail by: 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2019.
